The HDD arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected. Very easy to follow instructions. Had an issue and was helped immediately even though the issue was entirely my fault. Great customer service after the sale. Can't recommend them enough!

I'm not a computer person. Having said that my computer was not easy to setup with hyperspin. I emailed for help. I received a response quickly. Next day we were able to get Hyperspin up and going. Best customer service hands down. They say they will do everything they can to give you the best possible experience. They delivered on that. Incredible value for the 8TB drive. Get one. Got my hard drive and setup was easy and straight forward. I had one minor issue but it was with my setup and not the drive, but they helped me to resolve it and was quick to respond! I can't say enough great things about this drive. It will be very much enjoyed over the years!

Ok I must say whoever is interested in purchasing these drives you are definitely in for a treat. I had bought 2 Hyperspin Drives in the past through eBay and it was a total nightmare. The sellers that I purchase the drives from couldn't help me out because they do not know what the hell they were selling and plus they are way over priced. Guys just do yourself a favor and stay away from buying Hyperspin Drives on ebay. They are total trash with lots of unworking console wheels. So far it's been 3 months and my 10TB Hyperspin Drive from RetroArcade1up has been a freaking blast. Just make sure you have a beefy PC tho to handle some of the consoles like PS3 and Wii U. Right now I'm going to save up some money to purchase a custom arcade PC from you guys. Thanks for the help and answering my questions upon my purchase.

Bought the 12TB and love it. Very clean frontend and easy to follow installation. Recommended to any hardcore gamer.

Got exactly what was described and love it so far has lot of Games and emulated consoles. Some games glitch pretty bad like some Turok Games,Gamecube emulator but not a deal breaker.

I got my drive couple weeks ago and it's f@#king insane. In my opinion the 10TB is a bargain. I been trying to purchase one of these drives for the longest but everyone seems to either selling them for so much money or have bad reviews. This site has the best prices and the drives are easy to install. Customer service is great too. Right now I have my PC plugged into a 60in flat screen and I'm loving it. Will be getting another drive for my future arcade cabinet.
